A different kind of remodeling company.

I’m Patrick, the founder of Lakeview Builders. I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the construction industry, starting as a carpenter and working my way through lead carpentry, project management, and general management.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned a lot about construction, but I’ve also developed a clear idea of what I want a remodeling company to be.

I believe people should come first.

For homeowners, that means more than simply doing good work. It means listening, communicating, paying attention to the details, and treating your home like it actually matters. I want every Lakeview customer to feel like there is someone genuinely invested in their project—not just someone trying to get it across the finish line.

That’s why Lakeview Builders is built around a hands-on approach. I stay directly involved in every project, from our first conversation through the final details. When you work with Lakeview, you work directly with the owner. You know who is responsible for your project, who to call when you have a question, and who is making sure the details are being taken care of.

Lakeview Builders is intentionally focused so I can stay personally involved, maintain high standards, and give each homeowner the attention their project deserves. I believe the best work happens when you’re close to the process and genuinely invested in the outcome.

Our focus is whole-home remodeling for homeowners throughout Minnesota. We’re here to build lasting relationships and a reputation based on doing things the right way, one home at a time.

The name Lakeview is personal, too. My family loves spending time on the boat and enjoying Minnesota’s many lakes. To us, the lake represents family, time together, and enjoying the place you call home. That’s the same feeling I want Lakeview Builders to bring to every project.

At the end of the day, I don’t just want you to think we did a good job.

I want you to feel like we genuinely cared about your home.

That’s the Lakeview Builders way.
